FALL FUNDRAISER HAPPENING NOW
MIT hopes to raise $20,000 from this fundraiser to support such programs as enrichment, classroom learning materials, music, technology and much more. Order forms are due by October 2nd. Innisbrook prizes and products will be delivered in early November, in plenty of time for holiday shipping.
Turn in the Dude Coupon in your packet once your student has sold 15 or more items and a Plush Dude will be delivered to their classroom in a couple of days. Fifty percent of everything you sell goes to our school. Don’t forget to register your student on line so that our of town family and friends can help support us too. Student who do not register will not get prize credit for their internet purchases. Go to www.innisbrookcom. Our school’s code is: 101658. Questions? Contact Shana at 425-776-9454 or Penny at 425-787-5407. Thank you for your support of Madrona and MIT!
STUDENT EMERGENCY FORM
Student Emergency Forms are in today’s packets. Please examine them and make any necessary changes. If there are no changes the form does not need to be returned.
QFC AND CAMPBELL’S SOUP
