An invitation to an invent that will inspire you!

WHAT: Beloved Community Morning Program (see below for details of event*)
WHEN: Monday, January 21, 2019 from 10am-12pm
WHERE: Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 4th Ave N, Edmonds, WA 98020
WHO: A FREE Family-friendly event appropriate for all ages and all are welcome!

*Beloved Community Morning Program: A Tribute to Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., is a celebration of community, diversity, culture and unity. Featuring energetic performances by Northside STEP and Kaleidoscope Dance Company, spoken word, poetry and song from local youth, this event will not just entertain you, but inspire you.

ALSO, student participation at this event is very much still needed!
Students, if you would like to participate see information below to find out ways in which your support will be greatly appreciated:

WANT TO SHARE YOUR TALENT AT THE EVENT!
We are looking for 6-8 students to perform at this event; students will have about 4-7 minutes on stage to share their talent. The general theme of event is “Beloved Community,” but we are open to most topics related to MLK/social justice/civil rights/BLM, etc.

WANT TO VOLUNTEER AT THE EVENT!
Student volunteers are needed for performance, lobby artwork, and/or helping in the lobby for this MLK Day event.
