What is Madrona Giving Tree?
Every winter holiday season we have the opportunity to help families from Madrona in need of assistance during the holiday season.
How can I help?
For those who are able, there are two ways to help.
- Pick up a Giving Tree tag from the Giving Tree area in the front office
- Return the unwrapped gift, with the tag, to the Giving Tree box in the front office by the deadline
- If you are donating a gift card, please put it in an envelope with the tag so it doesn’t get lost
- Donate money for MIT to purchase any unfulfilled gift or gift cards requested
- Money may be donated via the front office, online here at our MIT Square site, or using the QR code seen around the school
- Volunteer your time!
- We need shoppers to pick up items that weren’t donated
- Gift organization!
- By far the most time consuming part of Giving Tree is organizing the gifts and ensuring that every wish has been covered. This takes several days, so any help is appreciated. This will take place December 15th-19th.

When are donations due?
Donations, whether physical gifts or monetary, are due Friday, December 12th.
